I *finally* received one of those 'send us your bank details' messages into my hotmail (eww) account, so I fired off this reply:

Dear Sir,

Unfortunatly I do not own a bank account, but if you wish to send me the funds in the form of a bankers draft which should be made payable to my maden name 'cash' I would be more then happy to assist you.
