I perhaps take customer service and sarcasm far too seriously.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your letter dated 20 April 2012. I'm very sorry to hear Mr Andrews has not replied to your letter dated 13 April 2012 and I'm also very sorry to hear that you will need to report your position to your client within seven days.

I can fully understand your position and that of your client and I'm sorry for the frustration that this has caused.

However, I would like to make one suggestion, that perhaps Mr Andrews might reply to your letters if you wrote to an address he is currently an occupant of.

Should you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact.

Sincerely,

Kevin Costelloe
