"I've been trying to ring 5151/090 6302 5151 and it's been 'engaged' for the past 48 hours, your online help has also been down for that amount of time. Who do I get a hold of if I actually need some form of "client care" which you seem not to want to provde me with."

The government is odd. I received my NHS number today, only about 3 weeks after I registered with my doctor, however my NI number hasn't been seen as of yet.
