We pay marketing company to create *working* website, marketing company build site (with errors), we fix it, marketing company still keep all finance.

edit: It sounds like our friend at the marketing company is under the impression he's sorted it, along with believing that he implemented the formmail script on our other website. It's one thing to give us a buggy website, but when you take my credit, well, those are different rules altogether.
