There are some people in this office who give HUMAN SCUM a BAD NAME.

This individual who will remain nameless walked in and said something on the lines of
"You know I'm still having problems with my voicemail, when I go to collect my messages it no longer says 'press 1 to listen to your messages'."

Well first off, no I didn't know BECAUSE YOU ONLY JUST TOLD ME. But of course sometime in the future this sentance is going to bite me in the arse because he'll whinge that nothing was done, yet seeing as he enjoys waiting upto and BEYOND a week to notify
us about his various problems it's starting to become routine.
