I just got this back

Dear Kevin,

Our server experienced a problem this morning (at approximately 05:00 BST) which was resolved at approximately 09:45. However, a side-effect of the problem is that some accounts needed to be refreshed from the control panel settings (specifically, the accounts needed to be manually activated, as would normally be done within the Port995 control panel).

Our systems are currently running this rebuild for all required accounts, and should be completed within the next 5-10 minutes. As a result, your account should begin to function within this time.
