OMFG you are all going to LOLZ at this...

BT's intermaweb phone box crashed in a glorious manner, the fucking thing nicked 60p from me, so I had to use my £2 piece to pay again. However, it forgot to bill me for 5-10 minuts of use, thus making BT loose money.
