I paid my credit card off (for the final amount) on tuesday, they processed my payment on Friday and the direct debit, well, THAT HAS JUST GONE THROUGH PUTING ME ABOVE MY OVERDRAFT LIMIT (well above).
Thankfully I rang the bank, they're going to cancel the payment which will require me to give the credit card company a ring on Monday to explain myself for bouncing a payment (albeit the card is now fully paid as they processed the payments on the 16th and the direct debit was set for the 17th [i paid manually and didn't cancel the direct debit]).
See I'm a thicko, only I can pay off a credit card then forget the direct debit will want to pay it off again.
