Silly.

I like "improvements". Recently the company holding the contract to maintain our buildings was let go for a new company. To improve our lives we now need to dial a shortcode which connects us to some scottish call centre to report a problem I could have easily before just dialed an internal extention for and spoke to the blokes who'd be able to have a look.
