I can't stop hicuping!

I can't stop hicuping!!!! It sucks.... btw, I found a temporary solution to my poorness problem! My friends say this is illegal, but I doubt it. Since I have two chequing accounts (one at TD and my primary one at PC Financial) I write a cheque from my PCF account to my TD account (although there is -$19.00 in my PCF account) for $20 and I go and deposit the cheque to my TD account, I take out the $20 and run away laughing.... but I have no intention of bouncing the cheque as tomrrow I will have about $400 in my PCF account, the TD cheque clears and voilà a cash advance. :)
